A busy Sunday, helped Matt with his paper round, home to do a few jobs then out to watch K play football with Phil, a very nervy 2-1 victory for Meole Brace Juniors.

This afternoon I visited Dad in hospital with Cal, he continues to improve, but we are not yet sure when he will be going home.
