Wedding plans coming on nicely....

On the road by 8.30 am, early for a Saturday, but it paid off as we made the journey to Cambridge without any hold ups for the tunnel. 

J & A showed us their wedding venue which will come into its own in the spring and early summer, in time for the big day in July. 

Then lunch by a log fire before going home to another log fire, a hot chocolate drink and a game of Scrabble. 

The journey home was smooth too, even in driving wind and rain. A GOOD day!
