High and dry

After the past few days with heavy driving rain and sleet it was good to see the clouds give way to blue sky by lunchtime with the reflections of the yachts on the side of the nearest boat attracting my attention.  At low tide the boats in the harbour are high and dry whereas those which are moored on the quay side should be high and dry and safe from any winter storms.
