Chorizo.

I made spicy pork and rice again for dinner this evening, but I was having a text chat with an old friend....consequently I burnt half of the chorizo, smoked out the kitchen and got a doggie very excited about the meat smells...

This was a little bit left over before I ruined the dinner.
