Blue-sky thinking

Working until 3:30 am to complete the appeal notice form in hope for timely submission but found that all documents need to be sent to a UK address, not Beijing. So the reason for an extension due to geographic distance and time of delivery became useless. However, it still takes time to do the other way round... thought that we are really losing time.
