Getting there!!

On our hands and knees!!

Today there were 3 people scrabbling around on their hands and knees for a good part of the day. The carpet fitter was in our bedroom, the plumber was doing the bathroom and me on the lounge floor cutting out and pinning together the material for the new spare room curtains. Industrious souls working away!!! There was certainly no outdoors activity as it poured with rain all day.

Later in the day the electrician and his apprentice turned up to do the lights.

B was invigilating at college so was out all afternoon and when he got back we moved the furniture back into our bedroom and tidied up my workroom. Our new bedroom is a bit sparse at present as we are still using the spare room and all this bits are in there.

Dinner was late 9.30pm, so no TV this evening, straight to bed with a hope that I will sleep straight through. No waking at 3.30 am to do a mental run of all the things planned for the day.
