Hemmed In

Monday in the city, the wind was whipping around the taller building and rain was in the air. This is winter! A busy day.

Barbican is getting ever more hemmed in by the building around it. This corner is particularly looked upon. I wonder if anyone has lived the flats on the right since they were built and watched (or even photographed) the changing view?
