Grey 'n' Pink Records

While my wife R went shopping with her sister D, I went on a trip down memory lane today in Grey 'n' Pink Records, Chester. I used to visit this shop religiously during the late 80's/ealy90's, topping up my vinyl collection. I was great to see that both floors are filled to the brim with records (upstairs used to be the comic section). There were quite a few customers flickin' through the stock and chatting away. I saw a couple of Autobahn LPs (The Traffic Cone & Autobahn Sign versions) which made my day, but being a Kraftwerk fan I already have a copy (The Beetle version).

It is wonderful that records are making a come back at the moment, though at a slight cost (HMV now sell new releases on heavy weight vinyl). Unfortunately I didn't buy any today, though I will be making a visit again in the near future. Promise.
