Decisions, decisions

We're in full swing, planning for our upcoming trip.

So, Rome and Paris in January. What must we see? Any advice on good accommodation, places to eat, etc would be gratefully received. Also, any little side trips from either location ....

First day of summer today and the sun sort of came out for a while. This is one of my sunflowers I bought myself. So pretty.
