That's what this concept is called. Dishes prepared and laid out as customers serve themselves to whatever is on offer with rice. It's a Malaysian staple as it's cheap, healthy and never boring. This place in Subang Jaya was definitely not boring; I've never seen so many dishes before! It was yummy, I'm coming here again.
