More baking experiment for Friday's party... I baked those cookies with The Hairy Bikers Bakeration recipe and added almonds on the top. I love both the texture and flavour. And I didn't burn the bottom side of the cookies!

225g butter, softened
150g caster sugar
1 lemon, zest only
250g plain flour
100 ground almonds
3 tsp ground cardamom
