A proper big day out in the alpinesque roads of Tenerife. Along the coast, loosing altitude and then the long climb up and over to Santiago Del Teide. Just 1113m maximum height, however a total ascent of Ben Nevis. Believe me the legs know about it tonight.

K on the other hand, just did a 5k run, a gym workout and a thoroughly unpleasant Swedish style massage in the spa.

At least it means all food and beverages are free from calories tonight!
