Soggy

It wasn't raining on my walk with the dogs this morning (miracles do happen), but there was plenty of evidence of the recent downpours. The pic shows just one of several new streams flowing down the hillside to the Lagan, which itself was quite swollen and had burst its banks in one spot.

For some reason (age and good sense, perhaps), the older dog didn't seem to be enjoying her walk and had to be dragged round. Think I'll leave her at home in the morning...

Oh, the boy child's watch broke again today. In a different place to where I fixed it yesterday. It's never-ending.
