Tuesday: Scales
Now, I want no sniggering when I tell you that, this evening, I gave a talk to a local business school on 'Tea and the Art of Elegant Conversation' - it was all about the do's and don't' of tea drinking and small talk. I don't know why they thought I might be an expert on this - no accounting for taste. At least the restaurant in which it was held had some interesting scales for blip purposes.
Afterwards, we were invited to our friend, Dijana's, for sarma - ground beef wrapped in cabbage leaves. It was absolutely lovely - a real winter warmer.
