Tiny Tuesday

I usually photograph the full head of this plant but it seemed to me that one spike from the head with a couple of seeds just clinging one was an appropriate subject for Tiny Tuesday. 
My back continues to improve and I'm delighted that I got a good night's sleep last night and I thin I'll be fit enough to travel to France on Thursday, returning on Sunday.
