This little fund has been used by more than 50 people who are supported by Turning Point Scotland, since April this year.

The committee of current and former service users allocates small amounts of funding to fulfil requests for varied and interesting ideas. Sometimes a successful application has been an important step to help someone on their journey to recovery.

C was awarded £115.50 to purchase barbering equipment for his college course. Being accepted on this course has already had a positive impact on his life, by increasing his confidence. Learning new skills for employment will give him the opportunity to provide for his family and encourage him to live a crime free life.
