Pilot House

I took this photo about noon.  If today is like most days, by mid-afternoon the doors will be open and the Pilot House will be an open-air indoor outdoor bar with folks gathered around the picnic tables and motorcycles parked in the front.  It is located in the historic waterfront area in Little River,  SC.  I assume someone lives upstairs.  I just found more info.  This place opened in 1937 as the Riverside Tavern  It was a sundries store, hotel, and dance hall.  The original owners sold it 1997.
