Moments of Reflection

What could best be described as a thinking and reflecting day. Not that it was quiet - I was required to do most of that thinking and reflecting out loud!

Spent the evening at the 140th celebration event for the children's charity Aberlour held at NMS in Edinburgh. What a wonderful event - powerful stories of acceptance, empathy, love and transformation plus great films and some pretty nifty singing and dancing!
