Golden Dawn

A bright day but with strong winds.

Over the rooftops a golden glow appeared, highlighting the large wind turbines at the Michelin factory. The clouds were lit for a while before the day fully broke.

I have a feeling that this will be an even more portentous day as the UK Parliament discusses extending the war against IS into Syria. I can't help feeling that, once again, things will spiral out of control, at least in the medium term. I know I wouldn't want to be Prime Minister at a time like this - 'dammed if you do and dammed if you don't'.

Meanwhile, we probably will live our lives day by day - but surely we need to have some idea of where we are heading in this crazy, dangerous world.
