Why do people do this?!

Another grey day. Spent the morning in doing jobs and catching up with things.  Had lunch and then went for a walk.  Only went down the lane and a little way over the fields as I didn't have much time.  Decided to blip this as it really annoys me!  Why do people have to do this?  We are lucky here with good collections from the council and a lorry on Saturday mornings, parked in the sports centre, where you can take rubbish.  So no need to do this!!
