Street Expo

Walking down the streets of Amsterdam this mini poster sort of blocked my path.
At first I thought the anti burglar bar was accidentally opened, but when I noticed there was another mini poster on the flip side it had to be deliberate.
So we are looking at a smart little street expo, just didn't get the who, what or why. Could it be that its work from an advertising agency that houses there?
