Long Alley Skittles

Tonight a group of us went out for a game Long Alley skittles - great fun was had by all with a traditional pub supper of sausages and faggots served with mushy peas and chips.
This is a very popular `sport`  in the East Midlands - basic rules, you throw a cheese shaped piece of wood at nine other skittle shaped pieces of wood and score 1 point for everyone knocked down  !!
