Snow Time

The first coverings of snow are visible on The Pyrenees. Deeper in there is enough snow that the first pistes are opening for skiing. Whilst the mountains always look magnificent it is the addition of the snow that is the icing on the cake. (Metaphor alert!). The temperature here, some 45 minutes away and a good 1000 metres lower is at zero degrees overnight so suspect there will be more to follow soon. whether we'll see any here in Loupia is another matter. Fingers crossed not yet.
