Out & About II

Went to see my GP this morning & I am all sorted with new painkillers etc.

Had to go and have a little drive around, firstly to look at progress with the Circus Fields Housing project. The land has been cleared of trees so it is looking very open. From the Broughton Road you can now see the County Offices looming out of the mist. I called at the Grand Union Canal (Aylesbury Arm) for a quick look but I didn't go far as it was so muddy.

Its damping in the air & I am still contemplating the lawn. C going to see her mum & so I might do it whilst she is out !

Later we have D & N calling in for a good catch-up & maybe a beer or two.

Whilst I was out I noticed that many cherry trees are in blossom at the moment - I think they may be a little confused....

.....and as I drove back home I saw that someone has set fire to the Speed Camera just up the road from us on the Wendover Road...it doesn't look as though it will be in use any time soon
