Autumn Leaf

Walking around the garden, I came across the dried up, deformed leaf from the 24th November. So I went into the conservatory, and got out one of the pieces of slate I use for backgrounds. I then made the slate wet to bring out the colours. I also made the leaf wet as well, so it could be flattened on the slate. The image is a double exposure in the camera - one sharp and the other out of focus.
