Had a nice day out today firstly to the garden centre near Bangor where a cup of coffe, toasted teacake & two plants were purchased of the cottagey garden variety which hopefully will spread.

We then went back on to Anglesey & up towards the North West side to Llynnon mill the only working windmill in Wales. It was built in 1775 but fell into disrepair after it closed in 1923 & was restored in 1978.

Also on the site are two big replica thatched round houses that have been built to show how they would have been in the Iron age.

A very interesting place to visit.
