Tree time

After seeing a very forlorn, and very skinny, Santa Claus at a big road junction holding up a BOGOF placard for 'Papa Johns' pizza place I realised it was time to get the decorations up.
I'd forgotten what hard work it is, just managed, at 23:00, to get cleared up enough to be able to take a photo. The tree, by the way, is a fraction of what we've done. Outside lights, staircase, around the front window, wreath on the door and various bits and pieces that Marlane does with her usual festive magic. It does entail a few trips up and down to the attic of course!
Another 'by the way' is that Marlane made the bunting above the entrance to the little conservatory all from scratch using ribbon, felt, glue etc.
