Breakfast

This is my winter breakfast. Porridge and coffee. In the summer I have cereal. It's been interesting to see how porridge has become much more fashionable and popular over the last few years. I've even seen porridge stalls in some markets in Edinburgh. It's a far cry from my dad soaking the oats overnight and adding salt to his porridge in the morning.
