Forest in the heart of the city

Mild Friday, looong week, very happy to see it finally arrive. Walking in to work this morning from the train I found lots of beautifully lit trees. It is a pretty forest in the city. After work we met our favorite local couple to hang with, we have been missing them. Nibbles, drinks and giggles and catching up in a downtown pub, very fun evening. Reminiscing about our trip to Palm Springs last winter, and planning our next holiday together. Early night as we are off to rowing, Pilates and breakfast in the morning - out the door at 6:20 ackk..... Supposed to be plus 10 and sunny this w/e so loading my road bike in the car and riding home from the rowing club (about an hour and 20 minutes) and SO excited to be able to do this on December 5th! How lucky are we?
