Bamboo Chocolate Factory

I met up with a fellow traveller and we drove half an hour south to the Big Tree Farms Bamboo Chocolate Factory, housed in a very impressive and vast bamboo building. Apparently they're the largest organic food company in all of Indonesia and have factories in other areas of the country.

We got to taste lots of chocolate and did an interesting tour through the factory to learn about the process. The smell of the factory was enough to make me want to eat all the chocolate!
