The lights at Civic

Well I guess I am just a sucker for Chrissy lights.  These are at Civic park.  They were officially opened last night and tonight there was a peace rally or Welcome refugee rally.  Lots of other people just milling around and taking photos like me.  Surprisingly still waters despite it being a little breezy.

I called in here after my walk this evening.  A day of visiting for Hamish and me and then some chores.

I suppose you have all started to think about Blipfuture.  I feel that in the hands of four long time blippers many of whom we know and who know what a great community blip is,  it must have every chance of success.  I for one will be doing what I can to support them.  I owe so much to blip: the friends I have made, the things I have learned, my eyes being opened to what is around me.  Wouldn't it be lovely for that to continue.
