Black Friday was actually today.

Well, certainly very very very grey Friday.

I dropped the kids at school and went to a flat in town* to turn up, log in, zone out for a few hours overtime whilst waiting for a couple of orders to be delivered.

By 1m, there was nothing, so I phoned the inept supplier and was told although the package had been promised to go on a next day delivery, it was still awaiting despatch in the warehouse. The same package I watched out of the window come from the back of the van to the door whilst having the conversation....

Then (having not acknowledged I now had the package, I proceeded to ask them why they had deducted a further £65 from my account when it was her that phoned up (no security, no check that the card holder's name matched the person requesting  / authorising the extra payment.

So after all that, I barely had time / daylight left to nab this one down the road before coming back to cook the dinner and do the hoovering and the dishes.
