Desmond

Storm Desmond is punishing us today. I'd been drenched three times before 1pm so have decided to call it a day. I was supposed to be going through to Glasgow to see my elder son and have a nice Italian meal but we've postponed. Travel is tricky, though thank goodness we don't have to use the Forth Road Bridge very often. Now that really is disruptive.

So I am going to be home alone tonight. I've bought the cat some dreamies, the dog a chew and myself some human treats. I have three library books, a nice fire and I am going to cut my losses.
