Friends for dinner

I love cooking for friends and was us to return the favour to friends Dave and Romy for dinner.
When I'm entertaining it's all in the pre prep so you don't spend ages in the kitchen cooking. So tonight's menu was:
Gorgonzola stuffed figs wrapped in Parma ham with balsamic glaze
Salmon and prawn Thai red curry with sticky jasmine rice
Nigella's salted chocolatey tart with creme fraiche

Full bellies and appreciation of my cooking makes me happy.
