Not Guilty

"Not guilty", shouted this southern lapwing in front of Brazilian Congress, designed by Niemeyer.
Terrible times for politicians here in Brazil. One senator is in jail (for the first time in our history). To Mrs. President runs the risk of a process of impeachment.
The only thing I am sure is that both Mr. Lapwing and Mr. Niemeyer are "not guilty"...
