a whole day driving for 15 minutes piping!....

That sums up the day...hubby was piping at a wedding just outside Hawick, in the Borders....

We decided to make a day of it and stop at various towns in the Borders to give me a chance to take some photographs...
It was a day of driving through torrential rain, then scorching sun, then torrential rain again, Scottish weather is mad!!

I took loads of photos but this is my favourite, this was taken when we stopped because we were lost... we did have a sat nav in the glove box!!... but hubby said it was too annoying and he knew where he was going anyway..... needless to say the rest of the journey was completed to the annoying sound of the sat nav!

He's actually looking quite cheeky in this photo because he'd just danced behind the man in the distance without getting caught.... some men just never grow up!
