Breakfast downstairs again, feels like a bit of an achievement still.

The young'uns all went out, but I had a double dose of visitors - Lin and Caroline. They bought biscuits, chocolates, plants and books.

Haven't felt great this afternoon, but I've finished my strong painkillers now so that is probably why.
