Getting Colder

The ponds are definitely almost entirely frozen over.

Most of the birds have moved on, but there are a few stragglers.  I definitely hope there is enough food for them during these dark cold months of winter.

I see the hawks out more actively searching for their next meal.  They definitely stay through the winter in these parts.
