Jinglefest 2015

We spent 4 hours tonight in our downtown area. There was a live nativity, a lighted parade featuring Santa, the Boy Scouts were selling hot dogs and chili, and many dogs were dressed up in Christmas colors.

But, we spent most of our time in the relative warmth of a gym in a local church. Because...they had bounce houses. Two of them. Merrick does love his bounce houses.

We did get to ride in the wagon pulled by two draft horses (Percherons), Merrick got to sit on Santa's lap, he got a nice stash of candy from the parade, and he posed as an elf in ice with Grandma. It was fun.

We finished the night popping some corn, and watching the movie Polar Express. It was cute. Ya gotta believe (in the jolly red fat man named Claus.)
