Stormy winds to the east pushed Baltic sea waters to the Finnish Gulf, resulting in high waters, somewhere five feet higher than usual. Here in the Helsinki area likely between three and four feet higher than usual - enough to flood the walkways along the coast such as this one. The trashes are still dry ;-)
