Catching up

Anna's school friend Kim has just dropped in to see us. All the school friends have been very good to us over the years. Kim was one of Anna' s closest friends long after they left school and uni, and she has always kept a kindly eye on us on Anna's behalf. She was on her way home from the airport having just flown in from Dubai where her husband works. She lives in England with her daughters but gets out to Dubai very frequently. It was very good to catch up with her and get news of other of the group of school friends.
I dug out one of Anna's old school photo after Kim had left. She is in the front row on the far right and Anna is next but one on her right, with the jazzy shoes.
I seem to be living in the past a lot lately.
