Orienteering at Wharncliffe Sheffield

Decided to test the knee out on a challenging area today. Lots of brambles, bracken and boulders to negotiate. Felt a bit unfit after the lay off but was pleased to get round.

One thing I love about the sport is the range of ages and the time spent comparing notes after the event. This young competitor was describing her run shortly after finishing.
