Rolling hills of the Waikaia
Thank you all for the hearts and stars, Bruce had meet a fisherman who from Canada, he invited us back to where he was staying which turned out to be the old school called Glenford Lodge which when closed down, it was purchased by the lovely lady and her husband, so with a few changes to the rooms and a shower built it's quite comfortable. The Canadian said that we could have a shower which was very nice and the water being a tad warmer than the river.
On my arrival as Bruce finished fishing early because of the heat, I was shown the shower, I had to smile it was out side 4 walls and no roof, the shower had some garden netting the heavy duty stuff for the shower curtain, what a hoot, great shower a lovely dinner.
After which the owner Jeanette offered to take me up into the hills, with the sun going down the landscape well amazing, up there again tomorrow for a different view.
