The Angels Share

During the process of distillation and maturing of whisky a certain amount of evaporation takes place , this loss is known as the 'Angels Share' - this airborne phenomenon settles on everything in the proximity of distilleries and whisky bonds resulting in oxidisation and a black deposit on trees , bushes and hedges etc - look out for it - as a result of my wife's purchase of a new Christmas decoration it led me to this interpretation and explanation
