21 Again

A lunch today to celebrate a little more.  The margarita masterclass was enjoyed and notes taken.  No-one comes close to Uncle Jim's, they are subLIMEY.

My boy excelled at dinner.  My girl and I are aware that around the dinner table, as conversation flows, my boy can't handle it.  He can eat, or he can talk, but not both, that requires too much concentration.  I was aware that he kept asking for tortillas or tacos but it was only later that I realised he had eaten 7 tortillas stuffed full or rich delights.  I know that I give him enough money to survive, and survive well at University, I wonder just what he spends that cash on?!!!!!

Cake was unconventional, a chocolate espresso cheesecake, just as she had ordered.  I put the raspberries on it to ease my conscience and help me think on it as healthy, but at 740 calories per serving, I was fooling no-one.

Later, when everyone has gone, my boy sat watching match of the day and my girl and I enjoyed a little Dalwhinnie malt.  A perfect end to a perfect day.
