Over my dead body.....

Despite them both thinking this is such fun, this is as close as they will get to riding a motorbike (see Blip title)...... Coming from a medical family I have seen the sadness in my folk's faces after having had to go to motorbike accident cases in casualty, though that sadness will be nothing compared to he family of the poor accident victim..... Doesn't matter how good a rider you are, you will never be able to account for the other road users.....lecture over!

That said, it was lovely to see Jon (Hannah's godfather) and his wife Catherine - given that we live so close, we don't get to see enough of them - must try harder....

After that it was up to Deepcut for the RLC Corps Open Day and a prom concert and birthday party for our friend Jane. We even got to put the tent up (and sleep in it) for its first outing prior to next weekend's proper first camping trip of the season for my birthday weekend :-)
