Father Christmas

Today is the feast of St Nicholas and is celebrated more in Germany than the UK. Apparently the children leave their shoes by the door and they are filled overnight with sweets and chocolates.

Whilst killing time before needing to leave for the airport I dragged RobT into Galleria, a department store.

We were rewarded in seeing Father Christmas playing host. He had a very spectacular beard which was his own, along with a ponytail which didn't seem quite authentic.
