Not The Fillets!

Yesterday my coworker Hayden says "shh" and hands me this slip of paper paper titled "Steak Preparation Procedures". He knew I would appreciate it xD we have the best sense of humor...

Got a new camera, a Powershot SX40 HS. It has a lot more bells and whistles than the old powershot, hopefully I will get used to them all, but I imagine it'll be stuck on auto for a long time :P
