Day 179

Our last full day, and a trip to Lac de la Cavayère near Carcassonne.

Chap really doesn't like swimming, in fact we have to summon every inch of enthusiasm and encouragement to get him into the shallow, paddling end at the swimming pool or paddling pool. So today we had a BIG development. Sure it started bad enough, crying, clinging onto our necks etc but by the end of our visit he was in the very shallow bit on his own, kicking, splashing, rolling! Amazing.

It was a lovely place, a bit commercialised but lovely and warm for swimming. Nice picnic spots too :)
