Cute

After the fairly horrid journey yesterday I was very glad to get to bed to sleep it off. On Sunday we were looking after Cosmo while some work was done at her home. It was a nice day so we thought she might like a walk at Crathes Castle.

Only when we arrived at Crathes did we discover that Santa was in residence. We were lucky in that we got a parking space near the castle, and not in one of the nearby fields. In addition to Santa there were also his helpers in the form of some reindeer and a small craft fare.

Not sure if Cosmo has met reindeer before, in any event she did not seem very interested, nor they in her. Cosmo likes children, she met one small child while we were there, but did not show any interest in this rather cute baby reindeer.

After the walk we took her to the pub, where the pub kindly gave her a couple of dog biscuits, a big dog looked like it might have stolen one of the biscuits, the dog's owner told her to leave Cosmo's biscuit alone. She enjoyed one of the biscuits, though not as much as the Waitrose deli sausage (dog sausage) I had given her earlier. Cosmo obviously approves of Waitrose, a pity we do not have one locally.
